James Allen

James qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with Norwich Union (now Aviva) and was subsequently Commercial Property Director of William H Brown in Norwich. He joined Roche in 1989, becoming a partner in 1991. Read more

James Allen

James Allen, BA FRICS, qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with Norwich Union (now Aviva) and was subsequently Commercial Property Director of William H Brown in Norwich. He joined Roche in 1989, becoming a partner in 1991. He deals with agency and development work, primarily in the office, industrial and warehouse markets, as well as providing strategic advice to occupiers in these sectors.

James has been involved in the successful development at Broadland Business Park since its inception and has acted for the owners of numerous office buildings and industrial estates throughout East Anglia. James became Senior Partner of Roche in 2009.

James has a keen interest in sport, having played and coached hockey and squash, as well as managing youth teams at his local cricket club.

Jackie Crisp

Jackie Crisp, FRICS A Partner in the firm since 1990, she concentrates on all aspects of professional work for national and regionally based landlords and tenants, as well as property management throughout the East of England.

She has recently achieved an Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence, a Masters level qualification held by no more than 150 surveyors throughout the UK and which is now the only standard recognised by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, of which she is a Fellow.

She is also a RICS Registered Valuer which means she has been accredited by the RICS to carry out formal valuations in accordance with their strict requirements.

Outside the office she is studying for a Foundation Degree in Theology which, when completed should enable her to be Licensed as a Reader in the Church of England.

In her spare time she goes to Zumba classes and is learning to play golf.

Adrian Fennell

Adrian Fennell, FRICS, is a Partner of Roche and responsible for the Retail and Leisure Department which is branded under "Roche Retail". The Department won the EGI most active retail and leisure agent for East Anglia in 2010.

Prior to joining Roche in 2004 Adrian worked for 20 years at Cushman & Wakefield (Healey & Baker) where he was the Partner responsible for the South of England Retail & Leisure team, as well as the Netherlands, where he was based for 7 years as Head of Retail.

Adrian is a keen cyclist and hockey coach in his spare time. In 2011 he rode from Paris to Geneva and also completed the 200km stage of the Suffolk/Norfolk leg of the tour of Britain for Prostate Cancer. In 2012 he is planning to cycle from Lands End to John O'Groats with his two sons.

Sam Kingston

Sam Kingston, BSc (Hons), MRICS, is a partner of the firm. He has been with Roche since 2003, having previously worked for Chesterton and Strutt & Parker. He has been involved with commercial property based in the East of England throughout his career.

Sam deals with investment, development, general commercial agency and provides consultancy advice to a wide range of public and private sector clients. In recent years he has acted in the acquisition of a number of development sites and the sale of a land for retail uses.

Outside of work, Sam is busy keeping fit and running around after his three daughters and wife. He is an RYA sailing instructor at Filby Broad and manages one triathlon or endurance event a year (generally an Ironman). He is interested in most outdoor activities and a keen follower of rugby.

Graham Jones, BSc (Hons), Dip Real Est. MRICS, is a commercial property surveyor who has been working in Norwich since 2004. He joined the firm in 2007 from Percy Howes Commercial. Graham is involved in general commercial agency and landlord and tenant matters.

Recent key projects include office agency at Broadland Business Park, the disposal of public houses in East Anglia for a national pub company and acquisition and disposal advice for a number of local developers and investors.

Outside of work, when he's not spending time with his wife and two young children, Graham endeavours to keep fit and is prone to the occasional challenge which in recent years has included a 100 mile trek across the West Highland Way in Scotland and swimming the English Channel as part of a 3 man relay team.

Mark Roche, FRICS, began his career with Healey & Baker in London and after 13 years as Commercial Development Partner at Cruso & Wilkin in King's Lynn and founded Roche Chartered Surveyors in Norwich in 1988. He has been a Consultant with the firm since 2009.

He continues to act for many national and international clients in development and acquisition work in all sectors of commercial utilising 40 years of experience.

Mark brings experience as School Governor, Parish Councillor, Churchwarden, former Territorial Army Officer, Pilot and trans-continental bicyclist in recent years.

Lee is the newest recruit to Roche. She graduated from her degree in Land Management at Reading University in July 2010 and joined the firm in October 2010. Prior to seeking employment she undertook various work experience with the Broads Authority, Reading Borough Council and Thames Valley Housing Association. Read more

Lee Askew

Lee Askew, BSc (Hons) is the newest recruit to Roche. She graduated from her degree in Land Management at Reading University in July 2010 and joined the firm in October 2010. Prior to seeking employment she undertook various work experience with the Broads Authority, Reading Borough Council and Thames Valley Housing Association.

Lee is currently undertaking the RICS APC qualification to become a chartered surveyor. She is involved in all aspects of firm; recent and on-going projects include acquisition advice for Regeneration Pilates, property management, retail agency disposals, regularly assisting on the compilation of red book and informal valuations for various local investors and companies, as well as rent reviews for a regional landlord.

Outside of work, Lee enjoys playing netball for Thoroughbred's Netball Club. She is a regular attendee of the Bo Nanafana Social Club in Norwich and enjoys surfing on the south-west coast in the summer.
