JAMES ALLEN, BA (Hons), FRICS, qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with Norwich Union (now AVIVA) and was subsequently Commercial Property Director of William H. Brown in Norwich. He joined Roche in 1989 and has been a Partner since 1991. He deals with agency and development work, covering all classes of commercial property with particular emphasis on the office, industrial and warehouse sectors. James became senior partner of the firm in August 2009.

JACKIE CRISP, FRICS, completed her professional training with Cruso & Wilkin in King’s Lynn and subsequently undertook commercial property management for both Breckland Council in respect of its extensive industrial estates and Norwich City Council in relation to its city centre portfolio. A Partner in the firm since 1990, she concentrates on all aspects of professional work for national and regionally based landlords and tenants, as well as property management throughout the East of England.

SAM KINGSTON, BSc (Hons), MRICS, joined the firm in December 2003 as an Associate, having previously worked for Chesterton and Strutt & Parker and became a Partner in April 2006. He has been involved with commercial property throughout the East of England since 1993. Sam deals with investment, development, general commercial agency and provides consultancy advice to a wide range of public and private sector clients.

ADRIAN FENNELL, FRICS, worked for 20 years at Cushman & Wakefield (Healey & Baker) where he was a Partner specialising in retail and leisure throughout the South of England, as well as the Netherlands, where he was based for 7 years as Head of Retail. Adrian joined the firm in 2004 and became a Partner in 2006. He heads up the Retail Department and concentrates on all facets of retail work through the East of England and beyond.

 | MARK ROCHE, FRICS, began his career with Healey & Baker in London and after 13 years as Commercial Development Partner at Cruso & Wilkin in King's Lynn, he founded Roche Chartered Surveyors in Norwich in 1988. He acts for many national and international clients in development and acquisition work in all sectors of commercial property. Mark Roche relinquished his partnership in August 2009 and is a Consultant to Roche Chartered Surveyors. |

GRAHAM JONES, BSc (Hons), Dip Real Est. MRICS, is a commercial property surveyor who has been working in Norwich since 2004. He joined the firm in 2007 from Percy Howes (Edwin Watson Partnership). Graham is involved in professional work and deals with commercial agency in the retail, industrial and office sectors.
