Driving Standards Agency

Driving Standards Agency choose Broadland Business Park

Following the granting of planning permission late last year, construction has recently started on Norwich’s new driving test centre on a plot of approximately 2.5 acres at Broadland Business Park.  The new centre will be operated by the Driving Standards Agency and has been built to the latest standards for driving examinations.  Car and taxi drivers, as well as motor cyclists, will be tested at the new facility which includes a large manouevring area where motor cyclists will undertake part of their test.

The new test centre is being built on part of Plot 16 at Broadland Business Park. The DSA, a Government agency, is taking a lease on the new premises which could run for 40 years.   The terms were negotiated by Roche Chartered Surveyors on behalf of the developers, Lothbury Property Trust.

Roche Chartered Surveyors are joint agents with Savills on behalf of Lothbury Property Trust in relation to Broadland Business Park.
