Bankside 300, Broadland Business Park

Work starts on latest office building at Broadland Business Park

Ground clearance and foundation work have started on Broadland Business Park’s latest office building, Bankside 300.  Broadland Business Park is the prestigious office and commercial development on the east side of Norwich, adjacent to the A47 southern bypass.

Bankside 300, which is located adjacent to the former St Andrew’s Hospital and close to the Park’s lake and café, is an architect-designed three-storey building of 30,000 sq ft.  It is being offered to let as a whole or in suites of between 4,000 and 10,000 sq ft.

As with all of the office buildings on the rapidly expanding business park, Bankside 300 sits in a very attractive mature, landscaped environment. The building is comfort cooled with excellent natural lighting and an environmentally friendly design, including a range of features aimed at minimising running costs and energy consumption.  There is parking for 116 cars and the Park is well served by cycle paths and public transport.

James Allen of agents Roche Chartered Surveyors said : “We are delighted that Bankside 300 is now being constructed.  Work has only just started but we already have some keen interest in the building from prospective tenants.  Broadland Business Park is continuing to grow and the companies that have moved there are undoubtedly benefiting from the enhanced working conditions that an ultra-modern development brings, as well as the very attractive environment and superb facilities at the Park”.

Roche Chartered Surveyors are joint agents with Savills on behalf of Broadland Unit Trust and Lothbury Property Trust in relation to Broadland Business Park.
