Industrial Plots, Broadland Business Park
Development Plots released at Broadland Business Park
Local businesses will have the opportunity of purchasing prime plots for warehouse and industrial uses on Norwich’s leading development, Broadland Business Park. This will give companies the chance to join leading local and national companies including Bertram Books, Menzies Distribution, DHL, British Telecom, Start-rite and Makro.
The developers of Broadland Business Park, Lothbury Property Trust, are offering two plots for sale through their joint agents, Roche Chartered Surveyors and Savills. The plots are both on Memorial Way in the heart of the industrial section of the development.
Plot 15A extends to 2.3 acres (0.9 hectares) and has capacity for a maximum of approximately 35,000 sq ft.
Plot 19B is smaller, extending to 0.5 acres (0.2 hectares) with capacity for up to approximately 7,625 sq ft. This plot immediately adjoins new premises being constructed for the national parcels company, Citylink.
James Allen of Roche Chartered Surveyors commented : “The release of these plots is an excellent opportunity for local and regional companies who want to own their own premises on Norwich’s pre-eminent business park in an excellent location for distribution. There is a latent demand for freehold development land from occupiers in the Norwich area and keen competition for the sites is expected”.
Guide prices of £250,000 and £2m are being quoted for the plots.
