Iconic Norwich Business advised by Roche

ATB Laurence Scott, one of Norwich’s iconic manufacturing businesses since it was founded in the city in 1883, has appointed Roche Chartered Surveyors to advise it in its future property strategy.

The company’s existing site at Hardy Road comprises extensive and ageing accommodation. It is subject to a planning application for alternative uses by the site’s owners. Roche have been appointed to identify potential new premises in the Norwich area, including sites on which a new factory might be constructed.
