13 acre warehouse site sold near Norwich

Acting for Spread Garden Supplies, Roche Chartered Surveyors has arranged a sale of the company’s extensive warehouse premises on a site at Haveringland, to the north of Norwich.

The large premises which included a 46,000 sq ft modern distribution warehouse together with a further 19,000 sq ft of older buildings on the former airfield site which extends to 13.76 acres.

The property was offered for sale as a result of rationalisation of Spread’s distribution network. The purchasers of the property are GKL Northern Limited from Peterborough who have yet to announce their plans for the site.
