A successful rent review has been completed against Betfred, the new leaseholders of the above premises. They acquired the unit in conjunction with the freehold of 91 High Street, next door from the Woolwich, when they rationalised and sold off some of the branches.
The review represents a substantial increase on the level of rent achieved on this particular property which has served the long-standing owners well.
