A successful rent review and lease disposal has been achieved on this former Budgens unit in a prominent location within the small town of Bradwell.

Roche Chartered Surveyors acted for the leaseholder, Budgens, on both occasions, achieving a nil increase at review, the rent review negotiations forming a substantial part of the disposal talks to enable a successful leasehold assignment.
