Lease Renewal for a Tenant

A successful lease renewal has been concluded for the tenant, Gala Coral, trading as Coral Bookmakers, in this market town in Cambridgeshire.

All aspects of the lease were considered at every stage and the majority of Gala Coral's requirements incorporated into the new lease.

The rent achieved was a good result for the tenant and not only included the ground floor shop but the living accommodation over.
