Roche Chartered Surveyors, acting on behalf of Countryside Properties have recently sold the last available unit at Rose Lane, Norwich, a terraced 3 storey office. Sam Kingston, Partner of Roche Chartered Surveyors, comments “The sale of this office shows there is still confidence in acquiring commercial property”. The property was acquired by API Engineering Ltd, on behalf of their pension fund. The sale shows that well located properties are seen as good long term investments, a tangible asset which owners can control unlike stocks and shares”.
