Brand new premises for Topps Tiles and PTS

National trade counter operators, Topps Tiles and Plumbing Trade Supplies (PTS) have commenced trading from two brand new units at Lowestoft.

The new premises have been developed by Topps following its acquisition of the city which is prominent situated on Tower Road on the South Lowestoft Industrial Estate next to Travis Perkins and in close proximity to other retail and trade occupiers including Morrisons, Homebase, Focus DIY and Ridgeons.

The premises have been developed by Topps from whom PTS have leased their unit. Roche Chartered Surveyors acted for Topps in the site acquisition and letting. James Allen of Roche, who negotiated the transactions for Topps, commented : “This is one of a number of acquisitions that we are pleased to have negotiated for Topps Tiles.

Our clients now occupy brand new premises in a prime location for their business and have been able to secure a not only a compatible trader but also an excellent tenant with the letting of the second unit to PTS. It is encouraging that the initial trading from the site has exceeded expectations.”
