New test centre completed

A new purpose-built Driving Test Centre for the Driving Standards Agency has been completed and is now operational at Broadland Business Park. The 2.5 acre site is a testing facility for car and taxi drivers as well as motor cyclists.

It includes a large manouevring area where motor cyclists will complete an off-road test. The property has been let to the DSA, which is a Government Agency, on a long-term lease.

Roche Chartered Surveyors are joint agents for Lothbury Property Trust, the developers of Broadland Business Park.
