City Link moves to Broadland Business Park

National parcels company’s new distribution centre

Nationwide express parcels company, City Link has started operating from its new distribution depot at Broadland Business Park. The 37,500 sq ft building will become the centre of City Link’s business throughout the region and will replace its existing depots in Norwich.

Roche Chartered Surveyors are joint agents for Lothbury Property Trust the developers of Broadland Business Park. James Allen of Roche, who negotiated the pre-letting said: “The development of this state-of-the-art facility for City Link re-enforces Broadland Business Park as the prime location for distribution in the Norwich area and exemplifies how the development can respond to meet the needs of occupiers.

It gives Broadland the endorsement of another national company and achieves a new rental record for the Norwich area.”
