Roche Retail have agreed a letting of a 7,300 sq ft unit to 99p Stores at an initial rental of £75,000 per annum exclusive. 99p Stores took a new 10 year lease subject to a rent review at the 5th year. This follows on from recent lettings to Poundland, Debenhams, New Look, Starbucks, 02 and Orange.
