Ladbrokes move to larger premises

Roche Retail have agreed a letting of 1,824 sq ft shop unit to Ladbrokes at an initial rental of £58,000 per annum exclusive. Ladbrokes took a new 15 year lease subject to 5 yearly rent reviews. The shop is located outside the entrance of Castle Mall Shopping Centre and Ladbrokes are relocating from their first floor premises opposite.
