Scholle (Europe) Limited sell interest in Holt

Roche Chartered Surveyors acting on behalf of Scholle (Europe) Limited have recently completed the sale of the former Scholle Packaging premises in Holt.

The property which extended to approximately 18,100 sq ft was on the market at a guide of £500,000 and was sold at a figure below this guide.

Sam Kingston of Roche Surveyors commented : “It is good to see renewed interest in freehold commercial properties, especially in locations such as Holt which underlines the ongoing success of businesses in core market towns. The price achieved was below the original guide, due to the prevailing economic conditions, but the interest which was there at the end was firm and to a party able to proceed, showing confidence in the local commercial property market.”
