Mark Roche FRICS began his career with Healey & Baker in London and, after 13 years as Commercial Development Partner in Cruso & Wilkin
in King's Lynn, he founded Roche Chartered Surveyors in Norwich in 1988.

James Allen BA. FRICS qualified as a Chartered Surveyor when with Norwich Union's Estates Division and was subsequently
Commercial Property Director of William H Brown in Norwich. He joined the firm in 1989 and has been a Partner since 1991. He deals with agency and development work covering all classes of commercial property, with particular emphasis on the office, industrial and warehouse sectors.

Rebecca Greenfield BSc. (Hons) MRICS qualified as a Chartered Surveyor within Norwich Union's Property Department dealing with provincial office
management and asset enhancement of shopping centres. She then moved to London in 1997 where she worked for Conrad Ritblat and Fineman Ross, specialising in investment agency. Rebecca joined Roche in 2001 to advise on commercial investment and retail agency throughout East Anglia and was appointed an Associate of the firm later in the same year. In 2003 she became a consultant to the firm.
   
Michael J. Downey BSc (Hons) MRICS joined the firm in August 2005 from Sussex-based Stiles Harold Williams, where he was a
commercial property negotiator for 5 years. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in June 2004 and now now specialises in commercial agency, principally in the office and industrial sectors.

Jackie Crisp FRICS undertook her professional training with Cruso & Wilkin and was involved with commercial property
management subsequently for both Breckland District Council and Norwich City Council. She has been a Partner in the firm since 1990 and concentrates on property management and all aspects of professional work.

Sam Kingston BS (Hons) MRICS joined the firm in December 2003 as an Associate, and became a Partner in April 2006. He has been involved in commercial property in East Anglia for the last 10 years. Sam deals with Investment, Agency and Development as well as being a consultant to various clients and has a wide range of experience within various commercial sectors, acting for both public and private clients.

Adrian Fennell FRICS worked for 20 years at Cushman & Wakefield (Healey & Baker) where he was a Partner specialising in retail and leisure throughout the South of England as well as the Netherlands, where he was based for 7 years as Head of Retail. Adrian joined the firm in 2004 and he was made a Partner in 2006. He heads up the Retail Department and specialises in all facets of retail work throughout East Anglia and beyond.
