Roche Retail was established as a new specialisation in 2004, headed by Adrian Fennell, a Chartered Surveyor with 20 years’ experience in retail and leisure property.

The department deals with all facets of retail and leisure
properties, including:

• Leasing, sales and acquisition.
• Development and investment.
• Asset management.
• Rent reviews and lease renewals.

Clients include landlords, developers and investors, and retailers involved in shops and shopping centres as well as out of town retail warehouse and leisure parks.  They include Legal & General, Aviva Investors, Centenary, Miller, Targetfollow, Imperial Tobacco Pension Fund, X-Leisure and C&J Clark. Current projects include shopping centres in Norwich (Anglia Square and Harford Place), Market Gates in Great Yarmouth, the Britten Centre in Lowestoft, Cambourne in Cambridge and Guildford.
