Roche act for Enterprise Inns in Portfolio Sale

Enterprise Inns Plc, a leading provider of leased and tenanted public houses with some 7,000 pubs throughout England and Wales, has appointed Roche Chartered Surveyors to act on their behalf in the disposal of their surplus properties in the East Anglia region. In particular, Roche have been asked to advise on properties and sites that offer alternative use potential after Enterprise Inns have been unable to secure a new tenant for continued pub use. Pubs currently being marketed include the prominently located Romany Beer House on Colman Road in Norwich, James I Public House on Drayton Road (also in Norwich) and the Trinity Foot Public House which occupies a six acre plot immediately adjacent to the A14 at Swavesey, Cambridgeshire.
